Great Western Road Leisure Park
Martin Berkley Environmental Design was asked by Geoffrey Reid Architects to prepare a Landscape Master plan and input to meet reserved planning conditions for the proposed scheme for the Retail and Leisure Park on the Great Western Road.
The site was the former Goodyear Tyre factory and contained contaminated materials. The developer, Ramjet, employed Martin Berkley to prepare the overall landscape scheme.
